Dyenomite Tie Dyes
Dyenomite makes custom tie dye garments for small and large customers. The website contains photos of all of the products they offer in their print catalog, but now they have the ability to show customers virtual previews of any tie dye. A new permutation engine generates product images on the fly based on the dozens of garment types, tie dye styles, and colors. Each of these can then be further customized with the online editor tool.
Dyenomite's talented in-house designer created the general look and feel of the site and Black Ant developed the backend functionality, including the permutation engine, the custom editor UI, shopping cart, and checkout system.
Ingredients: Ruby on Rails, MySQL, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, and extensive AJAX.
